Our principal Eric Elrington has over 35 years experience in a broad range of litigation services, as a senior lawyer, partner in a major litigation firm in Brisbane, and as a Barrister in NSW and the Northern Territory. Eric is a solicitor of the High Court of Australia, and the Supreme Court of Queensland. He has previously been admitted in the Supreme Courts of the ACT, NSW and WA

Ric boasts significant experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution processes (attempts to resolve the claim) and has attended several thousand mediations, settlement conferences etc in an effort to avoid the costs of protracted litigation.
